History
Episode have been playing music together since the summer of 2008 and before long they were recording their first songs. Below is Better Place, their first ever recorded song which got to number two on the national youth music website, NUMU.
They then proceeded to tour the Twickenham music scene; starting with a hugely well received show at the legendary Strawberry Hill Festival, with a backdrop of Strawberry Hill house, the origin of all gothic architecture. They continued to play various pubs, concerts and many successful gigs at Heatham house. In early 2010, their first E.P - Handle with Caution - was recorded.
This set of songs was very well received. One Way Ticket got to Number 1 on the NUMU chart and My Definition was voted the Hard Rock track of the day on internationally renowned website, Garageband. Most importantly this EP gave Episode some national recognition when Episode won the competition to have 40 seconds of My Definition and a 20 second jingle they recorded for the show played live on Radio 1 on BBC switch.
Episode then continued to gig on the back of the success of Handle with Caution and began work on their second EP, which is yet unnamed although the three songs have been released for streaming in their almost finished form. One more recording session and they will be completely done.
Episode are now planning to play several major gigs during the summer and continue to constantly write new songs. They are hoping to get some more radio play with the release of their new EP and are driven to succeed.
