Episode To Play Red Lion Next Week
Just as I was about to publish a post about how there would be no more gigs this year, Episode have decided to play another gig at the Red Lion pub next Sunday (6th December 09). This is the fourth time Episode have played there and as usual they expect to play 3-4 songs, as there are many other bands playing. This is your last chance to see Episode this year before they retire to the studio to write and record, plus entry is free, so you have no excuse not to pop down and see them.
More info can be found here.
Episode Play November Band Night
Just got back from band night (nice to see everyone there - not). Fortunately their set was not too delayed and so they managed to play all the songs they intended to do, which included new songs My Definition and Angel of the North.

A NEW PICTURE OF THE BAND!
Yes, that's right, it's the biggest breakthrough since the invention of the light bulb - a PHOTO OF THE BAND!
They are probably some of the worst posers in the world and so everyone should be congratulating them for managing to take one acceptable photo in only about an hour and after several hundred failures.
I know they're all ginger, it's backlit, Tom looks like he's about to be sick and they all look incredibly shifty, but at least they're all in the frame.

Videos of New Songs Online (From Fri. Gig)
Well finally Finbar has let me upload two songs from Friday's gig at Heatham, Angel Of The North and My Definition. We will not be uploading any more for the next few months so that people will buy the DVD with Episode's and The Appeal's sets on it, which should be out within a few weeks.
Episode Rock Heatham Again
Episode and The Appeal played Heatham House tonight (20.11.09), with all proceeds going to Children In Need, after a gig two weeks ago clashed with a houseparty. All invites were given out and there was a much larger crowd. The gig was filmed by me, and we will probably make a DVD with both bands' performances and some special features, with money going to Children In Need.
Episode Played:
- My Definition
- Better Place
- You Sir, I Want to Take You to the Gay Bar
- Navigator
- One Way Ticket
- Warped
- Chino
- Drowning
- Seize the Day
- Angel of the North
- My Balls are Itchy

Tomorrow’s Charity Gig With The Appeal Sold Out
All invites have been given out for tomorrow's gig, so if you do not have an invite please do not turn up at Heatham as you will not be let in. If you have an invite but are now unable to come please return your invite or give it to someone that wants one, as we have none left now. Boycott Monday are not playing and so it is just The Appeal and Episode.
Doors open at 7:30 tomorrow (20th November), The Appeal on shortly after.
Entry is £2 (for Children In Need).
Boycott Monday pull out of Friday’s Gig
Anyone else feeling a strange sense of déjà vu here? Unfortunately Boycott Monday will no longer be performing at Friday's gig with The Appeal and Episode on November the 20th. However both The Appeal and Episode will still be playing so the gig will be going ahead, and we are considering other bands to play. Doors open at 7:30 and the first band should be on about 10 minutes after. Because it is located in the basement of Heatham House, there is a strict limit of 40 tickets, and you will need to get an invite of Finbar on Thursday or Friday (19th and 20th of November).
More info about the gig can be found here.
