All's been quiet here recently, and it looks to stay like that for the next few months. Finbar is in Australia for six weeks, and the band are in a period of composing and recording, rather than gigging. Because of this the site and band will be quiet for a while, until gigs and recordings start again, probably around September.

The band is still very much together and I may be posting a few unseen videos from the archive over the coming weeks.

We should be back to normal now but if you experience any bugs or problems using the site please leave a comment. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Yesterday Episode also played the Haliford Summer Concert, which was also recorded and videos should be coming soon. Episode played Alien is an Understatement, Drowning, My Definition, Angel of the North and then a totally new song, never played before - Breaking Us Up.

Episode will be playing Mike's last band night on the 5th of June. As Mike is leaving there will be many people and activities going on throughout the afternoon.

In other news, you can now access the site via http://episodemusic.com (however this is simply a redirect for now), and we are finalising details about Strawberry Hill Festival, which we played last year.

Original Article: The time has come, and you can now listen to the three new songs recorded at Ash Milton's studio last week. Please note that these are not perfect and some work still needs to be done on them, including adding a 12 string on Angel of the North and re-doing the vocals on Alien is an Understatement. However:

At about 7 the website will be taken†off-line†and all you will be able to see is the counter on the front page. When this counter gets to 0 you will automatically be redirected to the website which will have been updated and you will be able to listen to the new songs.

Please note that these songs are not perfect and some changes still need to be applied at Heatham. However they are still good and merit a release.

Join us again at a few minutes to 8 and enjoy the suspense counting down the seconds with us.

At the moment there is no set release date although we hope to release it within a few weeks.

Episode have a history of aranging gigs with Boycott Monday, and Boycott Monday have a history of pulling out! However we are†confident†that this time they will be playing, so please come along and support.

Whether you regularly go to Heatham, used to go to Heatham or have never been, please come along as it is a nice,†friendly†venue and a chance to hear some great music.
